Candidate Referral Terms and Conditions


Please read these terms and conditions of the Approachjob Client Referral Program before you continue. *The candidate being referred must not already be in Approachjob records.

*On every successful placement of a referred candidate with up to 4 years of experience, a referral reward of Rs 4,000/- will be   provided to the referee.

*On every successful placement of a referred candidate with 4 to 8 years of experience, a referral reward of Rs 6,000/- will be   provided to the referee.

*On every successful placement of a referred candidate with more than 8 years of experience, a referral reward of Rs 8,000/- will be   provided to the referee.

*The candidate being referred must be earning current salary (on Cost to Company basis) upwards of Rs 2 lac per annum.

*The experience of the referred candidate will be considered from the time the candidate was employed with a professional   organization on a full time basis.

*A referee can refer any number of qualified candidates.

*Approachjob staff and their immediate families are ineligible for this program.

*All claims, disputes and differences in any manner relating to the candidate referral program would be subject to the exclusive   decision of Approachjob.

*In case a candidate is introduced by more than one person, the referral will be considered on a first come first serve basis.

*The referral reward is payable only when we have successfully placed the candidate in a contract or permanent position, and the   candidate has completed probation period (varies from 3 to 6 months).

*We reserve the right to revise or cancel the Candidate Referral Program without notice but will honour all referrals up to that point.

*The referral is valid for 6 months from the time we receive this online form submission.
